污水生物处理系统中VBNC菌群的分离研究

  环境中可培养的微生物只有0.01-4%,绝大部分处于活的但非可培养(VBNC)状态.因此不仅限制了人们对微生物多样性的认识,导致大量的微生物资源不能被开发利用,而且对于多种环境中微生物的存在形式及其功能尚未能真正把握.复苏促进因子(Rpf,resuscitation promoting factor)是世界上首次发表的由藤黄微球菌分泌的信号蛋白分子,过去十数年的研究主要集中在医学流行病学方面,Rpf能使自身处于VBNC状态类似于休眠的细胞复活,调控细胞的繁殖过程,同时表明对近缘结核分枝杆菌属的部分处于VBNC状态菌种的复苏并刺激其正常的生长.笔者在利用Rpf针对土壤细菌应答的研究基础之上,扩大其在其他污水生物深度处理系统中的应答反应,旨在验证多种环境中VBNC菌群的存在,解析对Rpf应答种群的组成,期望为探索Rpf对研究获取微生物资源的方法及其应用研究提供科学依据.
