The Multi-circle Elliptic Halo (ME-Halo) orbits is a special kind of symmetric periodic orbits generated in Elliptic Restricted Three Body Problem (ERTBP).It possesses interesting properties that makes it promising in space mission design, including that it can have a three-dimensional stable manifold in some situations.In this paper low-energy transfer to L2 ME-Halo orbits from the Earth are presented, which is constructed in Patched Elliptic and Circular RTBP (PECRTBP) making use of the attraction of the Sun.The low-energy transfer is parameterized by seven parameters.
