万达中心由坐落于四层裙楼上的南、北两栋高度和结构体系截然不同的两塔楼组成。南塔楼主体结构高度195.6m,北塔楼主体结构高度147.7m。工程结构存在大底盘、多塔楼、平面和竖向不规则等多项抗震不利因素,属于复杂高层建筑结构。结构设计采用多种计算模型和计算软件进行优化分析,以确定最终方案,分塔计算时采取依塔楼刚度分配质量的模型进行分塔计算,给出结构主要材料用量。
Wanda Center is located in the fourth floor of the podium by the South and North two highly different structure and structure of the two towers.
