目的 通过检测活动期溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者外周血内脏脂肪特异性丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂(vaspin)水平,分析UC患者血清vaspin与疾病活动指数等的关系,探索vaspin在UC中的临床意义.方法 选取2008年1月至2013年4月苏州市立医院的活动期UC患者150例,健康对照者150名,应用ELISA法检测两组患者血清vaspin的水平,并分析其与临床特征的关系.结果 UC患者外周血中vaspin的水平显著高于健康对照者[(1.86±0.38) μg/L比(0.96±0.43) μg/L,P＜0.01].UC患者血清vaspin水平与血清C反应蛋白(CRP)及疾病活动指数间存在显著的正相关关系(r=0.628,P＜0.01；r=0.514,P＜0.05),但与ESR及病变部位无关(r=0.098,P＞0.05；r=0.124,P＞0.05).结论 vaspin可能在UC的发生、发展及转归中发挥重要作用,随着vaspin的深入研究,有望为阐明和治疗该疾病提供全新的途径.
