Saltwater intrusion is a special coastal zone geo-disaster.Laizhou Bay is the most typical and serious region suffering from the geo-hazard of the saltwater intrusion in China,now the intrusion area is about 3200 km2.In this paper,an information value model and GIS were used for the hazard evaluation study of saltwater intrusion disaster in the south of Laizhou Bay.
