  This paper presents an image sensor controller,which can generate rolling shutter control signals fornot only the conventional image sensing,but also the depth measurement.The controller contains 912 bits of parameter registers for storing configuration parameters for these twomeasurement modes.The controller is designed with Standard 0.18 um CMOS technology,and the clock frequency is 100 MHz.In this design,we present an optimized design method in the logic circuit level to realize the multiplex of counters.This method leads to a decrease of 59.4%in chip area and a decrease of 49.6%in power consumption,while the generatingsignal result remains the same as our compared design.
