The passive constrained layer damping (PCLD) is constituted by adhering viscoelastic core and constrained layer to the host structure.It is widely used in suppress the vibration and noise for simple structure and high reliability.Therefore, the research on the vibration characteristic of PCLD structure has gained extensive attention in recent years.PCLD cylindrical shell is mainly analyzed by Finite Element Method [1,2].However, the calculation precision of Finite Element Method is poor in higher frequency range.For this reason, scholars proposed some semi-analytical method, such as transfer matrix method [3,4].It is proved that theses method is effective.Because the equations of rotational shell are very complicated, it is difficult to derive its control equation.
