In recent years,nanomaterials and nano-technology have occupied an important place in the biomedical field and aroused great concern for researchers.In the past decades,immunochromatographic test strip(ICTS)has played an increasing role in both the fundamental research and clinical diagnostics.[1] Among ICTS with different nanoprobes,magnetic immunochromatographic test strip(MICTS)is highly preferred for its quantitative and stable signal [2].However,there are three main concerns about MICTS:(1)how to prepare the magnetic probes in a scalable way that is suitable for MICTS;(2)how to get the stronger specific signal while eliminating the non-specific signal;(3)testify the technology with clinical samples.In the past several years,we have done some research about the MICTS.First,carboxylic group functionalized Fe3O4@silica composites were synthesized and scaled up to yield of sub-gram level.
