本文应用薄层层析法对十一种蛇胆及其伪品作了鉴别,并以混合蛇胆汁及原药材为对照对四种含蛇胆的制剂进行了薄层层析检验。实验结果表明:应用硅胶G-CMC作吸附剂,以异戊醇:冰醋酸:水(18:10:6)展开15厘米,用30%的硫酸溶液显色,能较好地区别蛇胆及其伪品,同时亦可区分多种不同种蛇胆。用此法检验含蛇胆的制剂,重现性好,专属性强,而且可以鉴别制剂的其它组分,适合于含蛇胆的中成药制剂的定性鉴别。 In this paper, eleven snake gallbladder and its counterfeit products were identified by thin-layer chromatography. Thin-layer chromatography was performed on four serpentine-containing preparations with mixed snake gall juice and raw herbs as control. The experimental results show that the application of silica gel G-CMC as adsorbent, 15 cm of isopentanol:glacial acetic acid:water (18:10:6), and color development with 30% sulfuric acid solution can better distinguish the snake gall and its Counterfeit goods, but also different kinds of snake gall can be distinguished. Using this method to test snakehead gallbladder preparations with good reproducibility and specificity, and can identify other components of the preparation, suitable for the qualitative identification of Chinese medicine preparations containing snake gall.
