在“中国优选法统筹法与经济数学研究会”的指导下,经由中国管理科学编委会讨论决定,对《中国管理科学》发表的论文进行择优评奖,设定“《中国管理科学》最具影响力论文”奖项。按照“《中国管理科学》最具影响力论文评选办法(试行)”文件,参照中国知网(CNKI)对《中国管理科学》发表的文章的引用次数与下载次数数据、以及CSCD引用等定量数据,同时辅助专家的定性分析,遴选出“2013年度《中国管理科学》最具影响力论文”25篇(参加评选的论文为《中国管理科学》2010年第1期至2012年12期刊登的论文)。评选结果如下:
