太钢从分析、总结浓相喷煤诸多因素的内在关系入手,探索、掌握了浓相喷煤的基本规律,实现了从生产方针、工艺设备、技术操作上的优化,达到了浓相喷吹、高煤比、低成本、长寿命的良好状态。突破了一些国外公司提出的相对高压下浓相喷吹达到50 kg/kg固气比的认识局限,开辟了在相对低压条件下实现浓相喷煤的新途径。通过太钢的实践:分别在300 m3级高炉上达到了70 kg/kg的固气比,在1 000 m3级高炉上实现了60 kg/kg的固气比,即使在热风压力较高的4 000 m3的大高炉,也达到了40 kg/kg固气比的明显效果。
