Annexin A5 (ANXA5) is linked to cancer metastasis and development.Whereas,the role of ANXA5 in the metastasis and development of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is unclear.Our previous study indicated ANXA5 was potentially involved in tumor malignancy and lymphatic metastasis.ANXA5 up-regulation enhanced hepatocarcinoma progression via promoting the proliferation,invasion,migration potential of Hca-P cells.Current work further showed ANXA5 stable knockdown suppressed the in vitro and in vivo cell migration,invasion,lymph node adhesion cell-cell adhesion,tumorigenesis and tumor malignancy of Hca-P cells.
