采用赤泥、铝矾土、高岭土和碳酸钡为原料制备赤泥基压裂支撑剂。研究了碳酸钡的掺量对赤泥基压裂支撑剂烧结状态的影响。结果表明：随着碳酸钡掺量的增加，赤泥基压裂支撑剂的烧成温度没有明显改变。随着煅烧温度的升高，压裂支撑剂的颜色由浅变深，由黄褐色逐渐过渡到黑色。
通过测定过硫磷石膏矿渣水泥浆试样在不同养护条件和破坏形式下的SO3溶出量，评价过硫磷石膏矿渣水泥水化产物对磷石膏颗粒的包裹固化稳定性；并通过测定不同组分过硫磷石膏矿渣水泥浆浸出液中SO3溶出量随溶出龄期的变化规律，对过硫磷石膏矿渣水泥浆组分与SO3溶出性能及溶出机理进行了初步探讨。结果表明，随着钢渣粉掺量的增加以及溶出龄期的延长，过硫磷石膏矿渣水泥浆的SO3溶出速率逐渐降低；当钢渣粉掺量为4％～5
