性虐恋(SM)是性治疗的一种潜在方法.《五十度灰》是史上最畅销爱情/情色小说(2011),三个月卖了三千万本,环球影业一亿四千万砸下版权.电影50 度灰在2015 年2 月11 号在德国首映,14 号在北美公开播出,迄今在一个多月内全世界票房已达5.63 亿美金,再创各种纪录.主题中重点介绍性虐恋一词的由来和定义的变迁,并列出美国成人有过性虐恋行为和对性虐恋图片和故事有唤起反应的发生率.全球2000 多位女性调查显示90％表现强烈愿望,70％尝试的冲动,21.5％有唤起反应.性虐恋可能对心理和生理方面有一定益处,在临床应用上可能对性治疗有一定的价值,但仍需要深入的探索.性虐恋的机制可能与后天学习、开发、培育等获得性方面有关,也可能是天生的或基因决定.主题中还将通过实际的案例或故事来充分展示性虐恋更加有意义的方面.
