Mytilus cortuscus are bivatve molluSKS.Mytilus coruscus have long been used as popular seafood in Korea,Japan and China.It has been known for several biological activities such as anemia,vertigo,poor health,sweat and impotence.Free radical scavenging activity and DNA and cell-protective effect of enzymatic hydrolysates from Mytilus Coruscus were estimated for scavenging activity of DPPH,hydroxyl and alkyl radical using an electron spin resonance spectrometer,and for protective effect of DNA and cell against hydrogen peroxide-induced oxidative damage.
