High epidermal growth factor receptor (erythroblastic leukemia viral (v-erb-b) oncogene homolog, avian) (EGFR_1) feedback-inhibitive knowledge network was selected interleukin 8 (IL8_2), immunoglobulin lambda joining 3 (IGLJ3_1),monocyte-derived neutrophil or humoral immune response, etc.;High EGFR_1inhibited-upstream knowledge network was selected CD180 molecule (CD180), tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily, member 17 (TNFRSF17), POU class 2 associating factor 1 (POU2AF1), inflammatory or humoral immune response, etc.;High EGFR_1 inhibiting-downstream knowledge network was selected immunoglobulin lambda locus (IGL_2), carboxypeptidase vitellogenic-like (CPVL),inflammatory or humoral immune response, etc.by integration of GRNInfer with GO,KEGG, GenMAPP, BioCarta databases from mutual positive correlation of the overlapping between EGFR_1 direct repressive relationship by GRNInfer and Pearson correlation coefficient CC ≤-0.25 in lung adenocarcinoma (GSE7670 of Taiwan samples), respectively.
