  Human cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma is a kind of skin cancer presents the property of high malignant,and easily to transfer.Till now,there has no explicit therapy to treat squamous cell carcinoma,especially for SCL-1 cells.Triptolide(TPL),isolated from Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f.(TWHF),has been shown to possess a broad spectrum of anti-cancer profiles.However,the therapeutic potential of TPL is still limited due to its strong toxicity.Though many modification have been done to reduce the toxicity of TPL by domestic and foreign research groups,the anticancer property of many TPL derivatives have reduced.
