本文在定容燃烧弹中,研究了高温高压(0.75 MPa,450 K)下甲烷-乙烷-空气预混合气火焰传播规律,并系统分析了当量比、混合气中乙烷含量对混合气层流燃烧及火焰稳定性的影响。实验结果表明:随着混合气中乙烷含量的增加,不同当量比下无拉伸火焰燃烧速率均增大,马克斯坦长度增大,表明火焰稳定性增强。在实验范围内,无拉伸火焰传播速率,无拉伸火焰燃烧速率均随着当量的增加先增大后减小,且最大值出现在化学当量比附近。
In this paper, the flame propagation of methane-ethane-air premixed gas under high temperature and high pressure (0.75 MPa, 450 K) was studied in a constant volume combustion bomb. The equivalence ratio, the ethane content in the mixed gas, Flow combustion and flame stability. The experimental results show that with the increase of ethane content in the mixed gas, the flame rate increases at different equivalence ratios and the length of marxist increases, which shows that the flame stability is enhanced. In the experimental range, the rate of non-tensile flame propagation and the rate of non-tensile flame burning increased first and then decreased with the increase of equivalent weight, and the maximum appeared near the stoichiometric ratio.
