建立了一种顶空中空纤维膜-液相微萃取-气相色谱(HS-HF-LPME-GC)法检测烟用水基胶中苯系物含量的方法,结合了微型前处理和新型离子液体萃取剂的优势,避免了传统液-液萃取因试剂毒性、挥发性对操作人员造成的伤害,并提高了检测的灵敏度。研究结果表明:以离子液体(1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐[C4MIM][PF6])为萃取溶剂,当其体积为8μL、萃取时间为20 min和搅拌速率为1 000 r/min时,该检测方法具有简便、快速、灵敏度高、检出限低、重现性好和所需有机溶剂较少等特点,适合烟用水基胶中苯系物的痕量测定。
A method for the determination of benzene series compounds in tobacco water based glue by headspace hollow fiber membrane-liquid phase microextraction-gas chromatography (HS-HF-LPME-GC) was established.
