随着生产技术的发展和对产品质量控制的需要,近几年来,在大、中型水泥生产过程中,对窑尾出口气体进行取样分析以对产品质量进行监控,已成为非常重要的手段。窑尾烟气的出口温度通常在900~1200℃,短时间内可达1300℃,因此对长期工作在该温度下的取样管,对其耐热性和机械强度等方面均要求较高,国内目前使用的高温取样管还全靠进口。热管是利用管内工作液体在相变过程所吸收和放出的潜热进行传热,故有极高的传热能力。若用热管制成取样管,将取样管在炉内部分所受到的热量通过热管传递到炉外加以冷却,使整个取样管的温度控制在一个较低的水平(<700℃),则普通不锈钢就可作为取样管的材料,使问题得到解决。
