  蛋白激酶Cζ(PKCξ)是蛋白激酶C家族的成员之一,属于非典型PKC(aPKC)的一种.有报道指出PKCξ能够利用其N端PB1结构域和骨架蛋白p62结合,并参与调控NF-κB信号通路.PKCξ序列中含有一段假底物区,可以使激酶在缺失上游激活信号时处于非活性的状态.由于其序列特殊性,aPKC并不受钙离子、二脂酰甘油等第二信使的调控,人们推测可能主要依靠结合蛋白的相互作用来完成活力的改变.
