In laser guidance weapons,the anti-impact performance of laser transmitter and optical lens is particularly weak,due to the characteristic defect of their material or structure.A simulation study for high impact resistance to the traditional launch system indicated that the systems stiffness and strength can not meet the requirements in the acceleration of 50000g.So the paper put forward a thought of integration process of optical lens and outer body using epoxy resin material.The finite element analysis and the dynamic experimental for the design verified that the new launch system could work properly in the acceleration of 50000 g.
