6180型增压柴油机性能改进试验研究

本文首先分析了原6180CZL型柴油机存在的问题,然后论述改进其性能指标、降低燃油消耗率所采取的技术措施。这些措施主要包括:为该机设计、匹配新的废气涡轮增压器;采用新的进排气管系布置;配气凸轮及其正时的最优化计算和试验;提高高压油泵的喷油速率;气缸盖进排气流道的优化试验和优选燃烧室的结构型式,並与喷射油束取得最佳的匹配等。经过对上述各系统进行的一系列优化试验研究后,柴油机的平均有效压力达到1.33MPa,功率331千瓦(450马力),燃油消耗率降低了15克/千瓦小时,达到212克/千瓦小时(156克/马力小时)的先进水平。 This paper first analyzes the problems existing in the original 6180CZL diesel engine, and then discusses the technical measures taken to improve its performance index and reduce the fuel consumption rate. These measures include: the design of the aircraft to match the new exhaust turbocharger; the use of a new intake and exhaust pipe arrangement; gas distribution cam and timing optimization calculations and tests; to improve the high-pressure fuel pump injection rate ; Cylinder head intake and exhaust flow channel optimization and optimization of the structure of the combustion chamber, and jet fuel bundles to achieve the best match. After a series of optimization experiments on the above systems, the average effective pressure of the diesel engine reached 1.33 MPa, a power of 331 kW (450 hp) and a fuel consumption rate of 15 g / kWh, reaching 212 g / kWh G / h h) advanced level.
