拟南芥基因AtSTPK的功能及表达调控研究

  AtSTPK基因是拟南芥中与耐盐相关的蛋白激酶基因,属于丝/苏氨酸蛋白激酶基因,生物信息学分析表明,此基因含有1137bp的完整开放阅读框,编码378个氨基酸,蛋白分子量为41.6KD,等电点为9.3,此基因与小麦中的丝/苏氨酸蛋白激酶基因TaSTK具有高度同源性.从野生型拟南芥cDNA中克隆到AtSTPK基因本文利用P1300表达载体在拟南芥中实现过量表达.对获得的纯合体植株进行耐盐性鉴定,结果表明:AtSTPK基因的过量表达可以明显增强盐胁迫下转基因拟南芥幼苗的早期发育及根的正常生长,同时可以明显提高整体植株的耐盐性.
