Severe external wounds to the hand are often caused by high-energy injuries due to machinery.In addition, this is accompanied by exfoliation that is due to direct force, crushing that is due to heat, etc.For treatment, unlike treatment of the iniured tissue alone, there is a need to consider the optimal treatment priorities.Centered on opposing thumb function improvement, a reconstruction method that permits gripping is selected.
