首钢京唐2150mm连铸机结晶器振动采用了Siemens s7~400PLC作为基础自动化设备,以液压系统作为动力,通过控制伺服阀输出0—10mA的电流信号,实现结晶器按要求的振幅、频率和波形振动。结晶器的振动的作用一方面是为了促使润滑剂和保护渣填充到结晶器与坯壳间,形成润滑层,以减小结晶器与坯壳的摩擦阻力,减少拉裂;另一方面则使为了在铸坯表面形成振痕,使结晶器与坯壳间的气隙增大,降低了坯壳凝固生长速度、坯壳凝固组织中产生缺陷,从而提高铸坯质量,节省人力,为铸机的发展提供数据的支持。
