本文以香蕉为研究对象，对采白海南省13个乡镇的43个BBTV香蕉样品进行PCR扩增、克隆和测序。测序结果显示一共得到101条DNA-U3全长序列（每个样品至少送2个克隆），序列比对结果说明该组分序列变异较大，同源性在81.330/0-99.99％。同时发现其中一个析，最后验证了感染了BBTV的HK002样品来源于一个病毒株系，该病毒株系含有两个序列差异较大的DNA-U3组分，且有重组发生。通过Mf

本文以香蕉为研究对象，对采白海南省13个乡镇的43个BBTV香蕉样品进行PCR扩增、克隆和测序。测序结果显示一共得到101条DNA-U3全长序列（每个样品至少送2个克隆），序列比对结果说明该组分序列变异较大，同源性在81.330/0-99.99％。同时发现其中一个析，最后验证了感染了BBTV的HK002样品来源于一个病毒株系，该病毒株系含有两个序列差异较大的DNA-U3组分，且有重组发生。通过Mfi I酶切后的片段大小确定是否有重组发生，使用该方法对100个HK002的DNA-U3重组子进行酶切鉴定。Nde I酶切结果显示100个HK002样品DNA-U3克隆中包含48个Haikou2DNA-U3(HQ616075)和52个Haikou4DNA-U3(HM231314)，两个组分比例大概1：1左右。通过Mfi I酶切位点鉴定获得重组子17个，重组率为17%，重组片段在DNA-U3序列的70-280nt。
