To study the effect of minocycline pretreatment on the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in the early period of rat spinal cord injury.90 SD rats were randomly divided into the control group, the spinal cord injury group and minocycline pretreated group (received 90mg/kg minocycline intraperitoneally injection before operation).The expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in spinal cord were detected by immunohistochemistry staining and analyzed quantitatively.
