  Organic flexible devices have attracted a surge of interest owing to their attractive properties and their applications in future paper displays,solar cells,and wearable electronics etc.Photodetectors represents one of the most important types of such devices,which are of potentials in various new areas such as portable devices,aerospace science,and civil engineering.In this talk,we presented our recent efforts to all-solution processing of large-area flexible photodetectors based on ultralong nanowires of organic ZOEP.In particular,ZnOEP ultralong nanowires were embedded into a polymer matrix via in situ self-assembling process.The as-fabricated devices displayed high photosensitivity,fast response time,high stability,and broadband spectra responsibility until 1050 nm.Importantly,the device also showed high flexibility,good folding strength,and electrical stability.The facile low-cost large-area fabrication process and excellent performance made potential application in large-scale flexible electric devices [1-5].
