报告介绍鼻内视镜外科技术在台湾的应用范围,同时回顾了台湾鼻内视镜外科技术的发展的许多影响因素:从1985年开始外派医师到欧美国家取经鼻内镜手术,与国际接轨;到各大仪器商引进新型器械,并于2011年引进磁力导航系统缩短住院医师的学习曲线,并促进内视镜颅底手术的进步;再到影像诊断及手术影像的进步,计算机断层及核磁共振检查的普及、高画质手术影像的呈现.在未来,鼻内镜手术的会取得更具历史性的发展,如:手术技术的传承(天龙八步);手术器械的再进化(3D影像内视镜、Robotic surgery);影像诊断工具的再进化(Cone Beam CT, Intraoperative CT or MRI).
