八氢吲哚分子印迹聚合物的制备及识别性能表征

  以(2s,3as,7as)-八氢吲哚为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸甲酯为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,甲醇为溶剂,采用热聚合方式制备L-八氢吲哚的印迹聚合物。用紫外分光光度计分析模板分子和功能单体之间的相互作用,采用静态吸附平衡实验和Scatchard模型讨论该聚合物的性能。Scatchard分析表明该聚合物只存在一类结合识别位点,其平衡解离常数约为1.4363×10-4mol/L,最大表观结合容量为12.34mg印迹分子/g印迹聚合物。用该聚合物分离八氢吲哚及其结构相似物,分离因子在2以上,最大较高的吸附性和选择性。
