冬虫夏草多糖对荷瘤鼠肿瘤细胞增殖周期及凋亡的影响

【摘要】

：

目的：探讨冬虫夏草多糖对荷瘤鼠S180肿瘤细胞周期和细胞凋亡的影响.方法：建立荷瘤S180小鼠实体瘤模型,采用流式细胞术检测肿瘤细胞周期各时相分布的变化和细胞凋亡率.结果：冬虫夏草多糖单用或配伍CTX,均能明显降低小鼠S180肿瘤细胞S期百分率(P＜0.01),G2-M期细胞增多(P＜0.001)；具有诱导S180肿瘤细胞发生凋亡(P＜O.001)的作用；冬虫夏草多糖与CTX联合用药,肿瘤细胞凋亡
