@@ Online users give their opinion about new products, restaurants, hotels or about social and political issues through various web documents. However, because of the explosive increase in online documents, it is strongly required an automatic system which recognizes and classifies opinion expressions. Previous approaches to the task of mining human opinions can be classified into three broad areas: document classification, sentence classification, and feature-based classification. These classifications not only include a distinction between subjective documents (i.e. sentiment or opinion documents) and objective documents (i.e. newspapers or academic documents), but also the semantic orientation of the opinion expressions such as positive, negative or neutral ones (Hu & Liu 2004).
