通过对国内某新建大型钢厂高炉-转炉界面的生产组织、温度、产量、物流、能源消耗、投资等生产设计数据的分析,研究了铁钢界面技术中铁水运输方式—鱼雷罐车运输方式、铁路运输方式“一罐制”、“起重机+过跨车”运输方式“一罐制”和汽车运输方式“一罐制”四种运输方案的成本和效益变化,并进行分析比较,研究表明:“一罐制”是合理的铁水运输方式,从技术经济角度考虑,由起重机+过跨车“一罐制”工艺方案形成的铁钢界面流程是最优的。
