Dexing Copper Mine(DCM) is the largest copper mine in Asian.A large number of (about 40903m3) acidic mine drainage (AMD) has been produced every year, which has polluted the rivers around the ore body.In the meanwhile, there is a lot of metal iron in AMD which might be recovered as resources.In this work, the sulfide precipitation flotation of true and simulated AMD was investigated in order to convert heavy metals to metallic sulfides/hydroxide and thus to overcome the difficulties resulting from the sludge heterogeneity.
