For a robust and universal oncolytic adenoviral cancer treatment, we have constructed a promoter library consisting of Hsp-70 promoter and a combination of the trimeric cis-elements, which are shared by the over-expressed genes in the vascular endothelial cell in cancer lesion than the normal.
