A survey was made on the living state of existing plants and the ecological environment of plant communities across Summer Palace Nanhu Island, followed by an analysis of Nanhu Islands historical features and landscaping conception;a plants landscape evaluation system consisting of 11 evaluation criteria was established to make a comprehensive evaluation of the artistic conception and ecology of plants landscape on the island.
