Recently, Corporate social responsibility (CSR) has been the focus of attention of our society.What factors will affect the performance of CSR ? What about the industry factors? What is the relationship between Industry competition degree and CSR performance? In this paper, we choose the listed companies that disclose CSR report from 2009 to 2011 as samples, making an Empirical Analysis of the fulfillment of the degree of CSR in different industry and investigating whether the degree of competition in the industry will impact the CSR performance and how the CSR perform in different market structure.The study finds that: The lower the degree of competition in the industry, the better CSR Performance and the industry which are paid more attention about the CSR performance will fulfill in relatively good condition.This study suggest that to promote and improve the performance of our corporate social responsibility, we must improve the relevant competitive market environment so as to provide an external constraint mechanism and inside dynamic mechanism to enhance the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility.
