  In this experiment,we take Chlorella zofingiensis as the research object,and inhibit synthesis and fat starch by the specific inhibitor of inorganic phosphate and sethoxydim.We also use gas culture of Chlorella vulgaris L photocatalytic reactor,and track the starch and TAG compounds variations before and after individual cells are stressed in nitrogen.We also analysis the influence of key enzyme gene expression.After that,we analysis the relationship and physiological function between starch and fat through their synthesis and degradation rules.Research results show that the inhibition of starch way,under nitrogen starvation conditions,starch synthesis trend does not change.
