Objective: Emerging evidence suggests the natural products and compounds have bioactivity to induce cancer cells apoptotic death and have the potential therapeutic effects on colorectal cancer.In this study,we identified alisol B as an endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stress inducer and found it could activate the NF-κB nuclear translocation to protect cells from apoptotic death.
