The development of white matter is affected by both genetic and environmental factors.White matter has showed a higher genetic affection in newborns and adults.Yet, its heritability for adolescents remains unclear. In this study, we try to investigate the heritability of white matter in adolescence.45 pairs of twins were recruited and DTI images were acquired.
