Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women, accompanying with high rate of morbidity and metastasis.Drug resistance is a major block for successful chemotherapy of breast cancer.Over-expression of ATP-binding cassette super-family transporters that function as pumps to extrude anticancer drugs from cancer cells has been well known to be closely related to drug resistance phenotype.
