在Sm2Co17烧结永磁体中,Fe原子主要进入Sm2(Co,Fe)17 主相中,通过部分取代Co 原子提高磁体的内禀饱和磁化强度和剩余磁化强度.Livingston的研究提出Fe 元素有助于磁体内部胞状组织的形成,胞状组织以Sm2(Co,Fe)17 作为主相,Sm(Co,Cu)5 作为胞壁相[1].因此,Fe 元素在2:17 型SmCo 烧结永磁体中的含量和分布对其微结构和磁性能有着密切联系.因此,调整Sm2Co17 烧结永磁体中的Fe 含量对磁体的磁特性有着非常重要的影响.
