　　Objective: To observe the therapeutic efficiency of relapse prevention of alternating bladder perfusion with GEM and THP after TURBT of superficil bladder cancer.Methods: Ninety-two cases of bladder urothelial carcinoma (BUC) patents with TURBT after transurethral catheterization regularly alternating GEM and THP bladder perfusion,total time limit of 19 months after operation,respectively in 3,6 and 12 months were followed up by cystoscope or CT.
