铁路企业物资设备管理工作,对铁路企业的经营有着至关重要的作用。针对目前铁路发展方式转变对物资管理工作的新要求,阐述了做好新形势下物资设备管理工作应注重的4个方面工作。
Railway enterprise materials and equipment management, the operation of the railway business has a crucial role. Aiming at the new requirements of materials management in the current railway development mode transformation, this paper elaborates on the four aspects that should be paid attention to in the management of materials and equipment under the new situation.
