Thin films research of microwave dielectric ceramic has become a trend of the development of microwave dielectric integration.In order to get good dielectric properties,high processing temperature(> 800 ℃)is required generally,which may be not compatible with the technology of monolithic microwave integrated circuit(MMIC).In this work,ultra-low-fire ceramic composites of Zn2Te3O8-30wt%TiTe3O8(ZTT)were prepared by a solid-state reaction method.Densifying at 600 ℃,no interaction phase between single-phase Zn2Te3O8 and TiTe3O8 was observed in the X-ray diffraction pattern.
