Antarctic Dome A is considered to be the most outstanding astronomical photometry and observation station sites on earth,particularly in the infrared.To take full advantage of the unique advantages for astronomical observation,we propose adding an Infrared Survey Camera on antarctic survey telescope AST3-3.Suppressing the stray light is important for astronomical telescope.We analysis the point source transmittance(PST),the effect of suppressing the moon light and the self-radiation.
