The excellent vanadium electrolyte with exactly 3.5 average vanadium valence for both positive and negative was prepared by reduction method,The current efficiency and energy efficiency were 93.9％ and 80.8％ at the current density 60 mA/cm2 with average output power of 5.5 kW,the higher average output power of 7.2 kW was obtained at the current density of 80 mA/cm2 with energy efficiency of 78.4％.
