目的:通过32P-玻璃微球肝动脉局部灌注和肿块内直接注射的栓塞和内照射作用,研究中、晚期肝癌和消化道癌肿的治疗方法。方法:超选择性肝固有动脉插管行32P-玻璃微球灌注和栓塞,B超引导下行肿块内32P-玻璃微球注射。结果:12例肝癌患者行20次肝动脉灌注栓塞治疗,4例患者6次行B超引导下肿块局部的注射治疗。32P-玻璃微球主要集中分布于肿瘤组织内,治疗后肿块有不同程度的缩小,AFP也有部分下降。该疗法适当的剂量对肝功损害不大,副反应也轻微。结论:32P-玻璃微球局部区域给药,是一种较为安全有效的中、晚期肝癌和某些消化道癌肿的治疗方法。
OBJECTIVE: To study the treatment of middle and late stage hepatocellular carcinoma and gastrointestinal cancer by embolization and internal irradiation with hepatic artery local injection and intratumoral injection of 32P-glass microspheres. METHODS: Superselective hepatic artery intubation was performed with 32P-glass microspheres perfusion and embolization, and B-ultrasonography guided the injection of 32P-glass microspheres into the tumor mass. Results: Twenty liver cancer patients underwent hepatic arterial embolization for 20 times, and 4 patients underwent local ultrasound-guided injection for 6 times. The 32P-glass microspheres were mainly distributed in the tumor tissues. After treatment, the tumors were reduced to varying degrees, and AFP was also partially reduced. The appropriate dose of this therapy has little damage to the liver function and minor side effects. Conclusion: Local administration of 32P-glass microspheres is a safe and effective method for the treatment of moderate and advanced hepatocellular carcinoma and some digestive tract cancers.
