小金海棠耐低铁机制及其早期活性氧信号响应的研究

  通过检测40μM Fe正常供铁和4μM Fe低铁处理下,低铁敏感型和耐低铁型苹果砧木:山定子、小金海棠的生理生化指标及铁相关基因表达的变化,结果证明小金海棠具有耐缺铁特有机制,其原初根系铁吸收能力较强,根叶中存储的活性铁含量较高;低铁胁迫初期可加强根系铁强吸收。
